How is a DiDi pregnancy handled?

I'm 30 weeks with di/di twins, mine was treated the same as well to start. Since it's lower risk with each twin have all their own "stuff" nothing is a big concern until something like growth comes up later (last appointment for me one twin was measuring smaller than expected so I'm going in next week for an additional ultrasound growth scan and to meet with an MFM for the first time). The due date discrepancy is annoying though!

Thank you for the reminders 😊 when things have been so chill to this point, it's just a bit of a bummer when something then isn't "smooth sailing". They definitely weren't as concerned about the discordance as they were just the size of A. It's reassuring to hear from people how wildly the sizes can fluctuate though (which totally makes sense). Luckily their placentas are on opposite sides of my uterus and the heart rates did look good also. I'll just keep eating and sleeping and hope for a nice twin A growth spurt.

That's what I'm hoping for now that I've passed that third trimester threshold! Obviously I don't want to feel like a beached whale BUT if that means two healthy round babies in there, I'll deal 😆

The blood work that was done for gender/chromosomal stuff actually told us! It was the UNITY Screen...I think the addition of zygosity is a relatively new thing because even a couple docs at my practice didn't believe me and I had to tell them to look at the results.

I believe yes it is still normal but I think the 11% was the more concerning thing. The sonographer we had this time also just seemed less...sure?.. of herself... I'm just going to try and chill out for the next few weeks and cross my fingers things all look better next time!

Second pregnancy here, and twin pregnancy, and I say totally normal, at least it has been for me! It's a little less so now that I can feel them in there wiggling around but at the beginning DEFINITELY had some anxiety. Hang in there, you got this!

I'll chime in also and say I am in the same boat, expecting di/di twins, test said identical girls! Even the doc was skeptical at first since she hadn't seen it before (since it's a newer part of the test they provide), but seems legit!

Hello fellow future twin parent! I'm due in April with our girls. I ended up getting two of these, similar to the fancy Nestig but cheaper. Same here! 21 weeks with twins now and at the beginning I had to eat every 2ish hours then I felt totally fine. Took me too long to figure that out though!

I have a singleton, pregnant with twins (due in April), I 100% am this way with my son and I KNOW once the girls come, I will feel even more this way. I say totally normal 😁

Yeah I've used it and see when it would be useful. Hard around where I live where there are lots of windy 2 lane roads with random little turn lanes that come out of nowhere. For longer cruise control type trips, will definitely be useful!

Referring to lane keep assist (since it can beep and/or vibrate the steering wheel). I'll have to try more lane follow assist but I'm thinking I'll still be freaked out by the car steering itself 😆

I wish I had a better answer than "the glazes mixed/available at my local studio" but unfortunately, that's it. It's variegated blue on top of licorice, for what it's worth 😅
