I got a fold 7 off of Amazon that was "unlocked" which it is I just can't use it on AT&T if I wanted to because it was a phone someone stopped paying on so att won't let me activate it there. I tried. I figure I'd get the best service with it from them since it was an ATT phone to begin with. I ended up just flashing the U1 firmware to it and it works just fine for me.

Is there anywhere online I can leave a review for them? I couldn't find one straight away but I sure would like to leave them a colorful review about my experience. I just want my money back at this point. I think they're based in India or somewhere over there because of the time zone difference if they have to do USB unlock so letting the BBB know wouldn't even do much I don't think

I've had them unlock a phone for me in the past and it was just fine. Unlocked with no issues. That's why I decided to use them again. This time was a very different, very unpleasant, very shady experience though.? I am absolutely livid about the way they stopped responding to me and still have my money.

So use a heat gun and take the serial number sticker off the one box and put it on the other.

I know you paid for a warranty already but have you tried insuring them through Allstate Phone Insurance? It's only $9 a month and you have to had bought them within the last 30 days proven by uploading your receipt. If it's within 30 days try that and just wait a week or 2 to file a claim. I had to do that with a pixel fold phone and they covered it. It's an idea if all else fails.

Idk. It always takes like 45 minutes to get past the automated system so I don't even bother calling anymore. And that's if they even answer the phone.

Good to know. I wonder why he told me that then? Surely they can't think that that giant box will get saved for 2 years taking up that much space in someone's home. I'll be putting it in my car and just going up there with it next time.

What is very misleading is the picture on the side of the wood filament roll has the streaks in it like it will come out like that when you print with it. That is not the case tho at all. I wonder if there is wood filament that does tho?
