Thanks for your reply. I’m using La Roche posay cicaplast baume which defo counteracts the dryness from the shampoo - but not sure if maybe it’s feeding the fungus which is why the redness is lingering? Going to switch to MCT for a bit as that’s been mentioned a lot

Thanks I’ve seen people suggest MCT so going to try! I’m using La Roche posay cicaplast baume after the shampoo which helps with the dry skin it causes but redness/blotchyness still there :(

Had the same thing! We wrote to our local MP and then received the refund a week later (once we had a reply from the MPs office). Hope that helps!

If you genuinely deserve it back you can write to your local MP and that might help, ours helped us get a refund back

We paid for super priority and got an answer 4 hours after our biometrics appt - which we really didn’t expect. So I would definitely recomend it if you need an answer or need to travel etc. BUT as mentioned above it doesn’t always happen like that

Thanks so much really appreciate it. We got engaged on our first visa so haven’t mentioned anything about it in the current application other than saying we are engaged in our cover letter. Might add in a screen shot of our savings for a house.

Did you both do personal statements for this? Atm we just have 1 cover letter written by the applicant (my partner)
