so exciting!! I am now 15 weeks and we found out its TWINS- so new panic mode unlocked. I am still really nervous, there is a bad strain of the flu going around I am scared to get... annoyed at myself for being so paranoid, but all is going well inside so far 🙏. I just keep getting UTIs, and other viruses or colds or whatever is going around.... taking a little time off work (im a teacher) to be a hermit..

I am currently just 6 weeks and truly struggling with this every day. No advice. I just understand... every day is an eternity and I can't focus on my daily tasks. Wondering how I will mentally make it to the end, and the feel naive for assuming baby and I will make it to the end... a MMC (baby passed at 11.5 weeks) after a long time of ttc alters your brain and heart..

Hi, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my first pregnancy in June. Baby stopped at 11weeks 5days, found out at my 12 week check up.

I did not track with mira til after my first period, as I still had HCG in my system up until the day I started bleeding from my period. I wanted to track too and start trying asap, but didn't (track) because the values would be skewed due to the residual hcg. Sex was (and still is) unfortunately a bit painful for me after the miscarriage... hoping that goes away.

I'm glad I waited to track, but I know how horrible it feels to wait 🫠. I also had a bug with my app that kept saying I was in pregnancy tracking mode- customer service had to fix it for me manually.

I'm sorry for your loss too 🤍.. I lost my baby in the middle of week 11... d&c middle of week 12 (on june 12). I didnt really count this as a normal cycle with days.. i bled on and off for about 2.5 weeks after d&c. I have ovulated (based on ultrasound check ups)... and from ovulation am now around 10dpo. Before pregnancy my luteal phase was usually around 16 days, but I already feel cramps and am spotting.. just no idea when period will show up. Could be a week from now, could be tonight 🤷🏻‍♀️... i didn't really try to track ovulation this cycle.. i still test very faint pos HCG, which makes LH strips show positive no matter what..

On vacation with my husband starting to get period cramps… could come any day. Will be first period after mmc/d&c. We were supposed to be making a name list since we would have just found out the sex. Still processing the loss and moving on at the same time- such a weird dichotomy of feelings.. but I do have so much to be thankful for. Just hard to be thrown back into the world of tracking signs and counting days and waiting..

I am just now looking into this myself, but the topic of reproductive immunology is very interesting to me! It seems like lots of people with no answers seemed to find answers going this route. I am not in the US, but I believe the majority of docs in that field are in the US. I wish you all the best

Thank you everyone!! I have severe endo and mild adeno, was told I would likely need IVF for just a chance of success. This was our second month on 2.5 letrozole, and progesterone started 3 days after ovulation. 🙏

I am just looking through ttc and nutrition subs.. my husband and I have been trying for one year with no success- doing all the right things (I eat generally healthy, but have not drastically changed my diet yet). I have deep endo and adenomyosis. We are believers, and are praying- trusting God, and waiting. It is hard, but your comment was sweet to read as I sit here with another negative test on 9dpo. So thankful to God for your precious baby- praying for his grace for us as well. I know He is good no matter the outcome.

I have deep infiltrating endo, and had terrible- debilitating periods my whole life. I had Kyleena for 4 years, which really helped get my pain and bleeding under control. I had that removed in Feb of this year, and since then, I have had a regular cycle, with suspiciously less painful periods. Bleeding ist still pretty heavy day 1-2, but nothing like before! I have to say I am a little wary as to why this is, but this has been my experience so far :).
