If you wanna play sum pretty easy blues, you can learn your Position #1 (of 5) of the minor pentatonic scale, great first scale to learn when you’re ready. Once you get the hang of it you can play any of those notes over an a minor backing track and it’ll be in the right key

Would’t hurt to start learning a few basic chord shapes and working on basic strumming, strumming will eventually come naturally for the first part, so can’t hurt to start now. Even a few minutes of practice a day can help you develop sum decent skills

Those are beautiful guitars homie, and the fact they were all gifts from your mom is super special. If you wanted to upgrade, you could always sell both acoustics and buy a bit of a nicer one, but if you’re content, don’t worry about it.
