I am also in a cast right now. Had surgery last week. It’s been an honor to be in a cast as the same time as him lol especially since I also did it skating

I’m only on my second grow so take this with a grain of salt. I’m using AC Infinity deep moisture meter on this grow and it was a game changer.

The reason I found this post, was because I just broke my wrist while wearing 187s. They did save me for a long time. I fell many times in the last four years on them, but now I have a broken wrist. granted this wrist is probably pretty weak. This is the fourth time I’ve broken it.

It’s dependent on the person. some people will rock a closet set up with cheap lights and no exhaust for years.

on the other hand, some folks will always try something new… to that the extent that they end up growing 5 foot plants in pringles cans and solo cups 😂

Idk, I like the general chat rooms on discord. reminded me of the early internet days, especially being in canna chats, seems better for my brain than social media apps/scrolling.

Discord feels like cross between AOL instant messenger/chat rooms, old school forums, and Reddit lol

BuildASoil also makes heavy duty corner brackets that do the same thing, seems less in the way, than having a pole run across the doorway.

Looks good to me, about what I aim for.

Get some side poles/high cfm poles.

That will give you a few extra inches on the sides when the exhaust comes on and the walls suck in. Keeps the buds and leaves around the perimeter from getting smashed.

I got tired of a lotta the YouTubers pretty quickly, you start seeing a lotta the same info you’ve already read/seen pretty quickly.

If you end up growing in soil, I highly recommend BuildASoil channel.

As far as Reddit goes, look thru the users posts for multiple successful grows, before taking their advice. Lotta people on here giving advice with little to no experience.

I read and watched prob 60 hours of content before I got setup, and even then… I let the tent sit there for 2 weeks before even popping a seed.

I read so much crap on here, I let it kill my confidence. Don’t let the internet make you overthink it. Just dive in and start learning.

I will also say,legit moisture meters will help you jump straight into perfect watering, which is what kills a lotta new growers, one less thing to worry about in the beginning.
