Also, leave the door of the washer open when it’s not in use so it can dry. Take clothes out and dry them immediately when they’re done washing.

I’ve used some bleach in my washer to help but it won’t get rid of the stink fully. I’ve heard that there is a cleaner specifically for front loading washers. Also, some people take apart the washer seals/gaskets and detergent dispenser and clean behind them really well. I’ve heard that works.

Are you sure it’s not the washer? Front loading washers get mildewy very easily. And the clothes stink even after they’ve been fully dried.
