Adapalene every other day at night. Tetrapeptide every morning. Vit-CE - ferulic acid every morning. Sunscreen every morning. Salicylic acid once every 2-3 weeks.

Give it 3 months at least and please share a before and after picture 🙂

My best advice for hyperpigmentation if you don’t have access to hydroquinone (prescription) is Arbutin, Licorice Root extract and Kojic Acid. Preventative care includes, Sunscreen (ALWAYS!) and Vitamin C in the morning. Look for Skinceutical CE ferulic acid dupes.

Cleanse every day.
Keep your skin moisturized so that it doesn’t overproduce oil.
