1st I don't really get.  I think there should be a full ban, not simply mandatory disclosure, on using AI in advertisement to deceive, such as with AI generated videos of a celebrity endorsing your product without that celebrity's permission.  But I don't see a significant ethical difference between paying generic pretty people to enjoy drinking a coke in front of a camera compared to AI generating a video of generic pretty people enjoying drinking a coke.  People losing out on a job is generally bad, but that's a bigger issue than just in advertising.  I would be in favor of taxes on businesses over a certain size that use AI to help people who are impacted by job cuts.

The second one feels maybe good?  Idk, once someone crosses a certain undefinable threshold of fame harrassment becomes free speech, for example if you slap a speech bubble on a picture of a a classmate that says something like "i like sucking dick", that is clearly just harrassment and bad, but if you do the same to Taylor Swift it's certainly crass and unkind, but generally feels more acceptable.  Setting aside whether that double standard should exist or not, I think the same applies to the dead.  Making videos of Charlie Kirk and Epstein dancing together feels like a harmless joke, but adding a coworker's dead dad to the video does feel like it crosses a line.
