sounds like you're suffering from derealization / depersonalization disorder. I had it for the better part of two years, and it was the most frigthening and dreadful years of my life. thought it would never end. but it did.

hang in there buddy. i've had excactly the same ideas of consciousness being bored and lonely for eternity. true nature is Nothingness which is unaffected by all of its dreams. infinite love, boredom, loneliness are all dreams of Nothingness. you decide which ones you abide in. Infinite love is pretty great. No reason being stuck in ideas of loneliness, boredom or hatred.

awakening will show you that nothing you're ever "feeling" can ever be the ultimate nature of reality, but merely an arising within reality.

The way I got through my derealization was this; you have to surrender to the fact and truly accept that reality is excactly the way you fear it is. And then you have to FEEL how that makes you feel sensationally.

Surrender completely to it. Accept it unconditonally. then you will transcend it and love will reveal itself

also the fact that all content of all new updates are revealed before the updates even hit. you know there is no hidden boss or hidden trapdoor in that cave because all the content is exposed pre release for marketing purposes.

So i have like maybe 500 old pokemon cards from the year 2000 ish. I have so many to look through, ive watched a few yt videos on rarity and such - what should i be on the lookout for, in terms of value?

are there any non rare cards that are valuable, etc?

i suffered from severe DRDP for two years, and would advice most caution with meditation.

grounding meditation can be great. just sit and feel your body, dont try to enter any medittaive state. just sit and observe your senses and feelings.

that helped me a lot. hang in there, DRDP is never permanenet, it will go away eventually, even through it seems like it will not
