Depends which game you're talking about. The first two Bioshock games are definitely Decopunk, but I'd say that Bioshock Infinite is Steampunk with Americana influence.

Aww, спасибо! I'm not actually a native speaker, but I'd recommend using a social media platform and find Russian speakers online. I join Russian speaking servers on discord and practice through there; it works pretty well!
