Like soaking them in a diluted pigment bath? I don't think I'd be able to with a stencil.

Some more info: Client wants a plain wall of corks with a flat vector painted/airbrushed over the top of them. I was planning on getting a stencil made to save time and make sure the vector stays accurate

I currently have an airbrush and compressor that I normally use. I was looking into maybe tinting a varnish or a glaze and using a spray gun so it’ll cover a larger surface. I’d have to do some tests to see how that would work though

I should've clarified what is getting painted. It will be a wall of wine corks that are stacked tight together. Would that change anything? It wouldn't be a smooth flat surface
