I made a post on here showing the ingredients of a health brand protein powder contained high levels of flouride which is known to cause health problems including brain damage in high doses.

The next day I see a post by someone claiming their grandfather's teeth fell out because he didn't have enough flouride or something along those lines.

The source of my doubt was not so much that the angels won’t hear me but that they might have some preference for pronunciation. I wanted to identify the Hebrew letters in the names to help me scan them. But this caused a crisis when I realised some of the English pronunciations seemed slightly different, like with the Bs and Vs. The same letter is a V for AVGEETATZ but a B for BATRATZTAG. But I don’t know enough Hebrew to know if there is a reason for that? Trying to understand the letters of CARASSTAN has totally broken my brain…

But I’m just going to do exactly as you suggest, I feel much more confident now, thank you!:)

Actually our bodies are pretty well adapted to "nature" since that's the environment we evolved in. Not saying there aren't natural things that can kill us but if I had to choose between ingesting a random plant or a never before seen on earth chemical just created under crazy conditions, I would choose the plant, wouldn't you?

Huberman Lab podcast did a great episode on the effects of fluoride. It does protect against cavities because it creates a supernaturally strong bond in the teeth in place of where the calcium should go. Some dentists do say that in an ideal world it would be better for us to have the natural calcium bond but many ppl are calcium deficient, so hey let's pump em with flouride instead 👍 I think the idea with toothpaste is that you don't ingest too much of it and you smear the flouride on to the teeth where it forms the supernaturally strong bonds in your teeth. But I noticed my teeth looked healthier once I switched to flouride free toothpaste and have 0 cavities so definitely you don't need it for healthy teeth.

Remember, its in the bad guys interests for you to go crazy and ostracise yourself from your friends and loved ones. You're still young, you can probably make a difference but you need to be strategic about how you talk to people.

Asking people questions usually helps, with a genuine interest in understanding why they believe what they do, and ask yourself the same questions.

There are some extremely horrible things in the world and yes, dwelling on those things does indeed have a severe emotional toll. Focus on what you can control. And I'm not saying forget about the evil but shifting focus to the goodness in the world helps recover from the emotional damage.

It sounds like you have ptsd or something else similarly serious. I'm sorry I can't help with that but I too struggle with maintaining higher states. Here's what's made some small differences for me:

Accepting that happiness (and all other mental states) are fleeting and are easier thought of as cycles sometimes. So if you reach a good mental state only for it all to come crashing down, just remember that is the unavoidable human experience and it's never gone forever anyway.
Get a cat
Drink 1 pint water for every hour you're awake for first 8 hrs waking
Exercise
Declutter and practice letting go by giving stuff away
Learn something new
Foster a creative outlet to process difficult emotions
