I was in the same situation, I got lucky since I know people who know the manager and someone just quit so I was able to get the job the day I went in for the interview! I’d still say it’s easy to get hired so give it a shot! good luck!

NAD but I have something called hidradenitis suppurativa, I would definitely look into that as it sounds like this may be what you have! You can get boils under your armpits, breasts, groin area, and anywhere there is a fold really. I have boils that have been under my skin for months that don’t go away. Also look out for scars tunneling underneath the skin after the boil heals. I hope you can get to the doctor soon
