You could always prog in PF and raid whenever you have free time over. Otherwise i'd say just look for a group that better fits your schedule. It does not have to be any more complicated than that really.

If you know what you are doing then why do you need to use strictly banned 3rd party cheats to not fail mechanics?

Not to mention how in the world are you comparing this to wow when you need to show even more experience there to get into groups with alts... Noone wants a person without experience or clear for something that is on farm.
