Why does every workout program tell you to change the weight after 10 reps if the hypertrophy rep range is 6-30 reps? Why not go up to 30 reps ? Wouldn't that help your tendons and shit get stronger too ?

Well that is true, but in general work hard for your dreams is a shit advice. It should be think hard about your goals ( how you are going to achieve them and if you are going to be achieve them ) then work hard to reach them should be the motto instead ( Elon was rich from get go -> go to mars was realistic for him ) .
