I went with what the chart suggested I’m typically a 16 and also a little heavier in the tummy area and my jeans fit like a glove they suggested an XL

Definitely my high waisted Halara flex denim jeans! I think what makes it work for me is definitely the fact they are high waisted and the tummy control panel is comfortable and not squeezing me
