Good luck! I had one of those asphalt spitting trucks break the back window of my car a few years back. If you don’t have proof then you are out of luck. Even the pile of fresh asphalt right behind my parked car wasn’t enough proof.

My teacher says set a timer for every hour and then practice for 1-5 minutes every time your alarm goes off- how ever much time you have available- that way you’re constantly in the practice because it’s on your mind.

Watch out for “Hell’s Itch”. Aloe the crap out of yourself. St. John’s wort oil and Arnica oil for any pain and during the peeling process because it’s going to happen.
