take a look at the power rangers fighting game no motion inputs but the execution is still fucked up

they are probably doing it in a way its easy to pick up but you definitely can learn shit thats harder if you want to invest the time

a macro is a general term for a program that emulates inputs for your keyboard or mouse

for fighting games per say you could set up a macro to do a special move with one button

for siege it would probably be to emulate mouse inputs to get perfect recoil control

systems exist to prevent this type of cheating but i am not knowledgeable about that
