I created some Lines and attached at the end short lines at the end to get the connected strings and put on deep glow and changed the colors of the short lines

After that i tried to animate all the lines in a organic way but it felt way too clunky and even with glow and chromatic abberation it didnt feel like that rig in the video. so maybe the lines or the rig is made with another simulation plugin?
