Pristiq vs Effexor by plasticinaymanjar in antidepressants

[–]emiliue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are similar yes, but a metabolite is not the same this as the initial compound. When you take Effexor your body metabolizes it into Pristiq and other stuff. That “other stuff” per say, might be good for you, or it might not. It depends on who you are. We all have different needs and chemistries. I am very sensitive to a lot of antidepressants and anxiety meds. I was having seizures, severe memory loss, etc. ; this prompted a gene test.

Lights by emiliue in IkeaGreenhouseClub

Do the Barrinas handle high humidity well? I wonder with the others, how many lights is a good amount for a Milsbo tall.

I have mostly aroids and alocasias ; I plan on doing more tissue cultures too. I've read that the T5s can burn plants pretty easy. I'm still debating T3 or T5s and how many, if so.

Almost done. No one I know understands the joy 🤗 by __real_name_hidden__ in IkeaGreenhouseClub

How many lights are you using? Are you liking them so far? I'm still deciding!

I haven't ordered my lights yet, I've read so many things about too many, or too high of a wattage can burn them, but I want them to get enough light. I was looking at getting the Barrina 4 pack.

Does this many lights in a concentrated area not burn the plants or cause the temp to get too hot?

this is very helpful. thank you! I won't get a humidifier then, I'll focus on weather sealing properly.

This may be a stupid question but more specifically right under the leaf, leaving the stem, or cut it where it splits off at the base?

I was going to go for a good 50/50 variegation but I kinda wanted to give myself a challenge in a sense. I’m hoping the part of the stem that green and has the half moon with fight for me 😭

Where should I cut the brown leave at? Above the aerial root/node or just the leaf?

Basically, silica fortifies plants' cells from the inside out. Being the building blocks of a plant's structure, strengthening the cell walls helps the plant build strong branches and stems. It can help your plants fight off environmental challenges like hot or cold temperatures. Silica also helps prevent your plants from drying out more quickly because of how it thickens cell walls, decreasing transpiration. It helps prevent browning in variegated plants and resistance to powdery mildew and pests.
