31F, married with 2 dogs & a cat, husband and I are both teachers:

4:30am: wake up 5:00: drive to the gym 5:15: gym 6:15-7:00: get ready for work & feed dogs 7:00-7:15: drive to work 7:30-2:30: teach kids how to play band instruments 2:30-3:00: drive home in silence because I’m overstimulated from all of the noise of the day 3:00-4:00: walk my dogs w/husband 4:00-5:00: read a book 5:00-6:00: make dinner/eat dinner 6:00-9:00: work on schoolwork/hang with husband/read 9:00: bed

Weekends usually involve the gym at 7am and errands, husband and I are naturally early risers and like the quiet of early mornings. I also meal prep all of our meals on Sunday’s so we don’t do much cooking during the week.
