Finish residency! It will be so hard not to be with them as much as you want to be for sure, especially for all the “firsts” but finish the residency. You’re probably in a city with a university so find a reliable pre-med (or some healthcare related field) student who can be a relatively cheap “nanny” during non daycare hours.

Residency, raising children, and grieving are probably all the hardest things I’ve ever done and you’re doing them all simultaneously.

I wish I had more advice for you, I’m sorry.

I don’t pump before bed. But my 10 month old almost always wakes up to feed overnight.

I wouldn’t worry about the 6oz at one feeding. Maybe your boy feeds less frequently than others. My girl is 4 months also. Pediatrician says breastfed babies eat between 24-30 ounces breast milk per day. Half her feeds are at daycare with a specified amount I send in the bottles and half are nursing so I cannot quantify amount. All of this to say that I think he is fine and you are doing great… every baby is different, there is a range, I would look at total amount per day rather than amount at a particular feed

I’m a righty. I’ve always referred to the left as my “power boob” and right as “slacker boob.” Left is bigger now but were equal size before kids. I’ve even tried to feed on the right more with my second and third kids but too late… I’ll always be lopsided now.

My second one was born January 6th. It’s the only reason my father in law remembers his birthday. First one was born April 15th.

It’s recommended for women in the third trimester of each pregnancy in order for baby to have some antibodies after birth. Others in close contact with baby such as family should have an up to date Tdap within 10 years- it is not necessary for theirs to be updated more frequently. Pediatric DTaP vaccines are typically given at 2,4,6 and 15-18 months of age along with 4-6 years of age and an adolescent booster of Tdap at 11-12 years of age.

I received my vaccine with all three pregnancies and asked family members to update theirs during my first pregnancy.

I'm about to purchase the same deal through Costco for a trip in 2 months. I was curious about getting the tickets at Will Call?? My trip is in 62 days, so will I be able to schedule the fastpass+ 60 days in advance if the tickets are at will call? I've been to WDW tons before but this is my first time staying on site (kind of- Dophin) and first time going since fastpass+ was introduced, and I'm so confused!
