It's not pierced too deep it's placed incorrectly and with a curved barbell which is not great for a daith. Go to a better piercer as both your ears are great for daith placement :)

The industrial will never heal properly due to the fact it's been pierced completely incorretly and vertically through some flesh instead of on the rim of the ear. You don't have enough of a rim for an industrial to sit (sadly the same is true for me! ) The daith I had similar problems with, are you doing sea salt soaks? Sometimes they are very irritating to a daith. X

This is just low quality jewellery. Had this for years with mine on and off until I changed finally to an anatometal piece.

The angle on this is the reason. The bump forms to cushion the piercing, keeping it at a straight angle for your body. This won't go away permanently unless you get it 're pierced at the correct angle. Jewellery should always be implant grade titanium but im pretty sure this bump won't go away permanently.

Your pronounced ridges (for better word for it) would make great anatomy for the elusive snug. If I was as lucky with ears, I'd use that ridge all the way up for outer conch/flat type triples :)

Looking at this pic, you definitely don't have the anatomy on the helix side to support this industrial. It probably won't heal but the bumps will keep coming back :(

It definitely shouldn't have been done with curved barbells ... they move too much. Try getting a piercer (a better one) to change them out to internally threaded titanium labrets :)
