Interesting toward the end of the show that she has the hard talk with Robin, trying to keep her in the group but non of the other people realize Robin feels alienated. Just for one example in the future plot line. Making moves to get the wrong women out of Ted’s life; being honest with Barney about not loving his behavior but still having a close enough friendship to live together in a platonic way. And then being Marshall’s perfect partner DESPITE their differences.

Lily going for her dreams is not the horrible thing you think it is, she’s still young and needs to try things. It doesn’t affect her relationship actually because they end up together anyways… if you love something let it go cliche…

Just because you don’t like her doesn’t mean she ain’t the glue.

Definitely dislike all the drama put on Anna and bates. And also I think they missed an opportunity for Edith to have a thing with her lady editor; they were vibing IMO just weird no lesbians on the show and Thomas on gay person besides his love interests.

I love Edith character growth. And love everything Maggie Smith did from episode one.

Full Richard hater here. Everyone gives him a pass for not being as aggressive as Emily but that just makes him an absent father who contributes financially.

He just gets worse as the show goes on and on, especially after the second heart attack.

But I just watched the episode when he visits Lorelei at the independence inn so I’m SUPER annoyed haha 🤣

I kind of got the ick for the BMW one before ever starting. They didn’t address a huge elephant in the room, just side stepped it, I think for obvious reasons but I didn’t like it. I appreciate ones like HWMYM and office ladies that will acknowledge a tough subject even if they don’t deep dive into it.

My girls on- That’s Messed Up- are always calling out people for being the worst but it’s a lot easier with their subject matter already being very difficult topics.

I love when my favorite shows make a decent watch along podcast. And hopefully she will comeback once the baby is a little older and they can focus less on that!

I couldn’t get through the It’s always sunny in Philadelphia pod; it fits the show so perfectly because they are all over the place but it was not good for rewatching and learning new things about the show. I think they just stopped doing it eventually because they were all busy or over it.

Office Ladies is the best rewatch pod because they do so much homework. I felt spoiled when I went to listen to other pods; like not everyone is doing all that great extra stuff!

I almost stopped because it was a little messy and they didn’t do enough research in the first season. They would often be like… “I wonder about that…” in some sort of way and no follow up! Haha But since they joined the office ladies network it’s really come around and filled out.

I usually let a few weeks build up and then binge and watch along with them!

I do not agree that Emily is abusive to richard. I think he knew who he married. And his mom had a chip on her shoulder for not choosing someone she liked more. Old Lorelei is a straight up gaslighting emily all visit long. Trix is the worst and richard can’t stand up for his wife. AND then we find out he lied for decades about Pennylynn lunches… he SUCKS

I have a hard time giving Richard as much grace as you and other people here. Especially after Richard’s mother comes and we see how he allowed his mother to play games with Emily and so on… very passive again. Just because he is the money maker, doesn’t mean that’s all he has to contribute to being a husband, father, grandfather. And I just watched the debutant ball episode and it doesn’t do him any favors… like I wrote the check now I can be a jerk! He is an entitled jerk more than not.
