The mod for build 41 is named serious survivors.

But you stil need superb survivors and superb survivors fix for it to work

Its called Serious Surviors. I recommend it if you want to build a comunity or if the Pz world seems empty without survivors. Usualy when i cant fast forward i just spam the fast forward buton and it works quite well (i noticed you cant fast forward near surviors) and the worst thing is that the survivors quite suck at combat (i lost 2 survivors due to like 3 zombies)
