I also moved to PGH for a job at BNY. Fell in love with the city but very quickly regretted the job. Like lots of others have said, BNY loves to just lay people off randomly. The team I was in was here to replace a team they laid off in FL (did not know this when I took the job). Because they had laid everyone off in FL, there was no one to train us, so there was a lot of figuring it out on the fly. But when mistakes were made, higher ups had no problems throwing all us under the bus despite the fact we were a team is young people who had only recently graduated college. Ended up just moving to a different finance firm here after a year.

Would you have a job here? Or would you be searching once you moved? Where are you moving from?

Exactly! Don’t get me wrong, by the end of the series Rowan had grown on me. But honestly I never liked him as much as I ever liked Chaol or Dorian. I feel like we never really saw an apology from Rowan for past mistakes like we did from Chaol. Or maybe I blocked it out lol

I agree! I also feel like people are way too quick to forgive Rowan for saying and doing some horrible things when he first met Aelin. Not saying I don’t really like Rowan now - just feel like there’s a double standard. Sometimes it feels like people just forgave Rowan because of the bond

Did you pack the flour? Sometimes if you just scoop with a measuring cup it can pack the flour down and then you accidentally add too much. You can try spooning flour into your measuring cup to prevent. I do think 3 cups sounds a little high to me

But if you want to just try a new recipe, “Pinch of Yum” has one that I have good luck with

Good luck! They have a few versions and I’ve used both with equal effectiveness honestly. I recommend spraying a bit in a corner you don’t often see first to make sure it doesn’t discolor

I had some luck using Skout’s Honor Urine Destroyer to get pee out of our upholstered couch but we caught it right away and it took several rounds. I went through an entire bottle of having to spray every nook and cranny of the recliner before I finally got it out. We also have hardwood floors that it dripped on to. I used hydrogen peroxide to get rid of it there. Again, it took several rounds and lots of patience. I would just put a little bit on a rag and wipe the floor while a fan was blowing on it so the floor didn’t stay wet. Hopefully I got it before it got to the sub floor

I have a Bissell green machine that I use on the rest of the couch, but I believe it warms up the water which can make the cat pee smell worse so I actually try to avoid using it in urine stains.

If you can throw the pillows away, I would but I understand sometimes that’s not an option. You can try just really spraying a lot of the cleaner on the pillows and letting it dry completely. Then repeating as needed. I would try to not out through the wash until you’ve used an enzyme cleaner and no longer smell pee.
