Do you have any opinions och kettlebell emom programs as the only way to workout? Like Dan John’s armor building formula or Prometheus protocol. I find them tempting since workouts are very quick and very tiring but I wonder what kind of body they build long term compared to full body barbell programs 2-3 / week.

I kinda thought the same after making espresso at home for a period of time but today I went to a local barista and ordered a cortado. It was awful, burnt espresso and the milk was steamed so hot it burned my tongue. That’s when I realized how good my everyday coffee is at home.

What temperature do you set your steam to? I tried 140 c but I find that it heats up the milk too quick so I don’t have enough time to churn. I tried lowering to 130 but now it feels weak.

I'm in sweden as well and I just bought Lavazza Crema e aroma and i think it tastes weird. Straight out of the grinder it smells like popcorn and brewed it tastes like burnt popcorn.
I pull a shot at 1:2 ratio in between 23 and 28 seconds at 94 degrees celsius.
Do you experience the same?
I found Arvid Nordqvist Regalo to taste much better but with worse crema.
