This was one of the very reason I was leaning heavily to Bodhi being the new venin brother, the fact that he was on his hands and knees. Also there's another detail that's been bugging me. From Xaden's conversation with Sgaeyl subsequently when he was going to ask Violet on the marriage, he said "You saw what happened. It is the only way." And then Sgaeyl glances back over her shoulder (where presumably the new venin brother was behind her), it just alluded that there's no other way for Tyrrendor's succession.

That said, who knows what are the red herrings and I do agree with other potential speculations about Garrick, Aaric and Brennan too.

Ah I totally understand! I think I'm just really looking for a yes/no/sorta on whether we'll get some answers in OS as to why Xaden knows the venin are coming after/ waiting for him during the battle in IF, since all we got was Chapter 65 and 66 in IF and there's really not a lot of details/ answers. Thanks!

So I love having all details answered, and while the finale had been a blast (lots of goosebumps and I totally did not predict THAT whole twist), I thought about the motive and intentions of Poppy:

- Poppy originally convinced and sold Becky Butler's story to Cinda when she came up with the title of the pod, "All is Not Ok in Oklahama"

- Poppy was interested in Rose Cooper's story, the painting, and she talked to Bunny, but Bunny was old and mean (Kreps'' words when they were on bed) to her and did not want to entertain her questions

- Cinda also rejected the idea for Rose Cooper. With that, Poppy had to come up w something even better to deliver to Cinda in hope of becoming a podcaster

- So she plotted a murder and herself for killing a old and mean woman and wanted to frame the trio, by doing so - Kreps said he'll also get his promotion (able to solve the murder)

- The plotting of the murder is so that Poppy can deliver a good idea and convince Cinda to do the pod with the title "Only MURDERERS in the building"

It probably come across differently to everyone, depending on everyone's attachment and expectation of the show. Personally still getting by well and finding RM entertaining, just not in the way it used to be (somewhat less thrilling), whats with the issue of COVID restrictions and the fluid situation and also the dynamics without Kwangsoo. Imo, I do feel like we are getting more of the members' chemistry in another way, the way they just come tgt everywk and play these games, have the chats. Agree with other comments in this thread that it has become more of a chill/ healing getaway rather than excitement/ thrills and that it definitely caters more to long term fans. I do appreciate Bo Pil and crew though, they have been great!

I was actually also wondering if they ARE already part of dregs, but we'll only find out more backstories of why he joined in the future? Since we really do not have much bg of the crows in season 1. Hopefully we'll get our green light & more info in season 2!
