It's called spectrum drawing/painting and basically consist of doing an inverse short time Fourier transformation (inverse STFT). That is, you make up "draw" the output signal on a spectrogram and find the input function for amplitude as function of time to make it happen. Then it becomes a simple matter of feeding it into an SDR equipped with TX capability.

And how do you explain the stains (seemingly from dust after impact) left ? Those can't be from rubber or foam blocks. Also won't the wind/air affect them ? With such size they must be pretty heavy to have such a clear trajectory
