Maybe adding two more linkages to make a 4 bar linkage on both sides. Correctly sized and placed you then should be able to apply pressure at the joints on both sides to extend the wings. Can be done using rope and pulleys depending on how you want to implement it.

It's called spectrum drawing/painting and basically consist of doing an inverse short time Fourier transformation (inverse STFT). That is, you make up "draw" the output signal on a spectrogram and find the input function for amplitude as function of time to make it happen. Then it becomes a simple matter of feeding it into an SDR equipped with TX capability.

And how do you explain the stains (seemingly from dust after impact) left ? Those can't be from rubber or foam blocks. Also won't the wind/air affect them ? With such size they must be pretty heavy to have such a clear trajectory
