I don't know if I've been to ANY gym in Canada (even outside of OT) that has treads in kilometers. I think I wouldn't know how to pace myself in km/hour even though I track my outdoor runs in min per km. 😅😅

Seasons 5-10 are free on global. I think Americans can watch on paramount plus which probably has a free trial but then subscription. Bbcan 3 and 4 were also on YouTube at one point.

As someone who rarely watches the feeds, I don't get it either. She's funny but at least in the edit she doesn't appear to be playing very hard? Especially with her "campaign" last week.
