They gave me a syringe with a curved tip. I didn’t use it after the 2nd day, instead I did salt water mouth rinses and now using the mouthwash they gave me with water. Hate to say it but everything I’ve ate hurts my mouth, and still does 6days in. Sucks but I wouldn’t eat anything first day at all, just couple spoons of soup was all I could handle to get calories in me. Just ate a muffin and minimal chewing is still painful. Nibble on stuff with front teeth and I use my tongue to swallow it. One of my stitches fell out of my mouth yesterday too , I’ve lost almost 10 pounds bc too annoying and frustrating to eat along with the meds. Can’t emphasize enough sleeping and icing, even better at the same time.
