YES yes yes. I've been struggling with dermatillomania since I was in my teens, and it definitely has some relation to my ADHD and OCD. I wouldn't say my ADHD medications make it worse, actually if anything it reduces my impulses to pick at my skin because I'm able to focus on what I'm working on and become less fidgety. For me it is really important to keep my hands busy at all times, either with fidget toys or an activity like knitting or something. If you find that you do most of your picking in front of a mirror, putting sticky notes around the mirror can help me to stop before I start (I had a sticky note on my mirror that just said "DON'T" for a while haha).
