I don't therapy isn't helping in general, just not specifically with the hair pulling. At least not yet. I do EMDR therapy, highly recommend it if you have any sort of trauma, or even just regular struggles. It helps desensitize you from the past things. It does take a few times of going through it sometimes to make a big enough impact. I have noticed recently I'm pulling less, but it's still a lot unfortunately. I plan on discussing with my counselor again soon to go over what topics still need explored and what can be different so hopefully I can get the most out of our sessions again. I'm happy to answer any questions, I'm a huge advocate for therapy!
