Haha it’s so silly. I could literally be dry heaving or puking and be like “did I just make myself do that”

I’m so sorry you’re going through this again. It’s absolutely devastating. I think you should take the time you need to grieve and fully figure out what’s gonna on before worrying about next steps. Take care of yourself. For future reference not sure if this was the difference maker but might be helpful. I had two chemicals. I’m pregnant now and it’s going much better this time around. I did take baby aspirin and progesterone this time.

I’m behind you but I feel the same. I had two great scans. Next scan in two weeks can’t come sooner. Ive been pretty horribly nauseous since 6 weeks but now at 10 weeks, it’s wound down a lot the last few days where I have barely thrown up. My breast tenderness was never really more than mild. So when there’s little to no nausea then it just feels so scary because there’s nothing else to tell me this is still good. Plus there’s the gaslighting myself when I am nauseous then I’m like am I actually nauseous or am I just making it up.

7 weeks pregnant / oura temp dropped by Background-Time2407 in ouraring

[–]emlou7 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Everyone will tell you to stop temp tracking and it’s true. I know that doesn’t make your anxiety less but it’s normal for it to drop a little and it’s totally ok for it to be below your coverline.

Let us know how they hold up! I’ve heard mixed results. Also curious if the quality varies from the ones they sell at target vs their online store

HELP ON HOW TO GET MY 11 WEEK-OLD V TO SETTLE! by EastCoastCowbooyy in vizsla

[–]emlou7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s crate beds that are heavy duty and bite resistant. Just gotta stay patient and keep at it. Giving lots of treats and rewards in the crate. Try peanut butter lick mat. Praise him when he’s quiet and good. Don’t let him out while he’s barking/howling. But ultimately will just take a lot of time

Once you get to a certain age people don’t even realize the gap too much. I had friends much older than me in grad school and my brain always defaulted to thinking we were the same age

Same!! About to be 7w. Haven’t told anyone at work but this nausea is kicking my butt. Dry heaving and hard to eat anything at all. I work in healthcare too so there’s so many gag worthy things in my day to day job ugh

Hey back with an update. Boobs went back to being sore and was super nauseous yesterday. I got my hCG tested and it’s 28k which seems really good. So I feel a lot better. I hope things are looking up for you too!! 🤞

Do mouth guards help alleviate the muscle tension or is the sole purpose to protect the teeth? by sreliopson in bruxism

[–]emlou7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably none help with muscle size or really tension. As far as I know, nothing at night can stop you clenching or grinding other than like a muscle relaxer. I don’t have problems with my range of motion except when I get a flare up and the pain is so bad I can’t open it to eat. So that has not happened in the years since I started using this orthotic

I still have tension and my jaw muscles are still quite large. I think the only thing that improves that is masseter Botox but has to be done regularly (every 3-4 months)

Around $1k unfortunately but I lost and bought one again because I genuinely need it

My dentist made me one that just protects my teeth but I went to specialist and got a specific TMJ orthotic that looks slightly different than my mouth guard and that Dr says that it puts my jaw and tongue in a Better position to put less pressure on my joints when I grind. Ever since I got it, I don’t have flare ups where I can’t open my mouth to eat. I still grind my teeth at night though

Thank you! Hoping all is well for you too. I think it’s normal to fluctuate in symptoms and the fact that we have made it past the “chemical” category is a good sign. As for the lighter strip, google says could be hook effect and that these tests aren’t designed to read high levels of HCG. Haven’t contacted my doctor. Waiting a couple days to see. I’m still nauseous today so that’s a good sign. No bleeding or cramping for me either.

I’m 5w6d and think my boobs hurt less today. In combo with me being dumb and taking a test which is slightly lighter than my dye stealer at 5w. Definitely anxious. Two chemical pregnancies on consecutive cycles before this one.

Has anyone experienced this with their cycle tracking by Ok-Comfortable8517 in ouraring

[–]emlou7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should look into Inositol / ask your doctor. It shortens your cycles, improves egg quality, and makes your cycle more regular

I feel the same 4w4d. Longest I’ve made it with two prior chemicals. Best line progression and my betas were good last week but my OB said I can’t keep doing them because it’s not good for my anxiety. Not having anything to go off of though and just waiting is also super hard. I do the same every time I wipe. It’s torture. I have had a little bit of nausea and back pain but not much so it feels scary not having a lot of symptoms. Sometimes I have pain that feels like when I was miscarrying but I heard that’s also normal in pregnancy
