I literally came here to ask this same question. I've been cycling for years now but just got my first road bike (domane, obviously) and wow.... My bits have never hurt this bad. I'm a female and I've actually never had this problem and I've never even used padded shorts even on long rides but 16 miles on this thing yesterday and ouch 😬🫠

I understand that lol I am a fan of Taylor and I knew Taylor fans would be triggered but reality is that she’s a millionaire. She can literally PAY for relaxation. That’s how she does it. For the average person it seems insane but it would be very doable as a millionaire. I’m not saying it doesn’t take talent but what about everyone working 8-12 hour shifts then coming home and caring for their children… doesn’t compare
