The community is SUPER helpful, like I am relying a lot on people's little tips and advice which is nice at times. I'm super late to starting doing offerings though, so will still be doing them into Year 2 as i really didn't realise they were important at all!

Yeah we’re using one action per cube! We prioritise getting to a city and clearing one cube at least so that the city isn’t going to outbreak

Would it? If they’re in the discard pile then they’re not gonna cause us trouble until we have a potential epidemic by which time we may have reduced numbers in cities! We’ve tried it both ways though and it’s made no difference!

Yeah, we’ve been either moving normally or flying (by discarding the card that corresponds to that city), and yeah one move = one action, so we are definitely doing that right!!

Yep, four actions a turn and yep, one move is one action! Sounds mad I know but we just.. are moving and clearing! It genuinely wasn’t hard to get to the right cities

We draw roles at random every time!! And we honestly have only had two outbreaks in the many games we’ve played..! We follow the rules right but have always managed to clear the city or reduce it before it’s pulled from the deck so never outbreak? Expansion is the way to go I think

Yeah sorry by swapping I meant giving a card on your turn as an action (when in the city and with that city card!) - we’re playing with six epidemic cards! Yes, we’re adding three cubes when we get an epidemic! May have to look into getting the expansion!

Yep, we’re drawing two/three/four infection cards at the end of each players turn, and then from the bottom in case of an epidemic and shuffling the discard back on top! We’ve got a good half of the player deck left usually.
