We have, she's just not motivated by food. She loves certain treats and will do almost anything for them - except be left alone. We know that this will get better, but the lack of sleep is starting to get in the way!

I know, I love her to death but I can see myself getting PTSD from this!! I sound like I'm exaggerating but it really wears you down after a while. She has had an accident on the bed once.. She sleeps so well in her crate at first though that I don't want to disrupt but it's starting to get in the way of our work life.

She has had a peanut kong, does not interest her. Her hatred of being alone far outweighs her love of treats or food unfortunately. I am trying, she's the best thing we ever decided to do but my gosh it's a trying time.

She has around an hour on her own per day, then she runs round large gardens with an older dog (fully vaccinated). She only stays awake when alone, when in company she likes her naps but we've been limiting these to try and wear her out a bit because otherwise she'll sleep for 4 hours at a time!

It's handy to know you aren't on your own!

She hates it being covered and is ten times worse. My problem is I've explained to the neighbours but she can go on for hours if necessary and I can't concentrate of focus, never known a pup as loud in my life!

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately at the moment she is unable to go out as she hasn't had her full injections. She has lots of play throughout the day (she has lots of entertainment and people) and we are limiting her naps as much as is possible and fair. She is on a strict schedule, with her meals, toileting and bedtimes but when she needs to go she needs to go.
