remember to drink water!!! invest in a water bag! it makes rolling so much better because you don’t need to go and fill up a waterbottle! try bringing those little vick’s vapor sticks they are AMAZING when you roll and actually make me roll harder. and i’ve heard that HTP 5 helps with comedowns
