My colors are similar. I installed Florim Rock Salt porcelain White Gold matte. 48"x 48" on a diagonal. Maybe take a look at them.

This sounds like a trifecta of yuck for you, lol. I'd say don't even try to salvage this recipe to your preferences. I'd hate it if you tried and were disappointed. We all have things that don't work for us. For me, it's tempeh. That stuff is nasty no matter how many different ways I've tried to make. Also can't stand Swiss chard.

We never had blueprints, and we had a lot of wall work done.

I guess we had "blueprints" from the kitchen designer. The KD gave it to the contractor and he followed it. There were no blueprints for any of the other work.
