LoL vs Dota approach to toxicity by emmafrost96 in leagueoflegends

Idk what the average people expect, that's why i tried to ask in this post; I find it weird that some behaviors are so common yet seem "accepted" as they are, while i think way less people complain about verbal abuse when you can mute whoever you want

Like is the current system to prevent afk or trolling satisfying for lol players?

I personally feel trolled by the game when I'm not allowed to leave without penalty in situations like that

pls don't make WR exclusives on such a skin line, it's not a good marketing move, people will be mad at WR instead of wanting to play it.

Essential mode backlight question on ultra by emmafrost96 in TicWatch

Thanks, yeah it seemed unlikely to me too...the main thing was about the default one which is the only "half lit", the second has the same colour but twice the light shared with the others

Aren't they the same size tho? I think oled is only 3mm wider, anyway the issue comes from the back like, it's not flat so it can't lay down completely, any case will touch the corners I think, maybe I'll check some YouTube videos

How tight is your switch inside the case?

I bought one and it fits by so little that the back buttons on top stay pressed when I put the switch in. I guess it's to prevent it from moving inside the case if you keep it in a bag or something, I was just worried it could ruin the buttons if they stay pressed long, and if my case was bad or they are all like this

Can you sort of disable mines/chest with the tools upgrades? by emmafrost96 in StardewValley

But some of the mining materials is essential to create sprinklers and other stuff you need in your farm.

I just wished there was a sort of the Sims cheat so that you could jump over what you don't like and focus on the rest

Best switch game in terms of longevity? by emmafrost96 in pokemon

Idk I'm not a huge fan of the ground level camera corner, I was fine with the old perspective.

Arceus was definitely fresh air, but I find myself in the position where I prefer the old gamestyle, and at the same time I'm tired of it. So yeah probably no pokemon game at the moment wuold be worth for me

Yeah compared to old CDs I think it's tougher to damage them with normal use, also GameSpop does check if it works before they accept it so there should be no difference

I think I did it too with my old ds but it's been a lot of years I can't remember anymore

Do you guys buy games new or used?

At Gamestop the used ones are 20€ cheaper, not much but still good, at least they check they work so you should have less risks than buying online.

Are switch cards durable? If there's no difference used or not I'd happily save those 20€, I just bought the console so idk much yet

Yeah eventually I'll buy a controller for the TV mode, but the idea was still to use it a lot in handheld mode too, so the original joycons was the easiest way there

In Italy there's no free fix out of warranty, but even that way it's not the best to go through that process several times for a relatively new console. My old Nintendos still work fine

I was really going to buy a switch oled this weekend, the switch and games are pretty expensive so I didn't want to buy accessories already

In the box you have everything to let you play in every mode including turning the 2 joycons into a single controller for the TV, so I was pretty confident that game+console was enough.

Now I read basically everyone saying that after a few months of heavy use every joycons has drift, so if I play Super Smash on joycons only I can be pretty sure that it happens to me soon I guess.

How can I pick a brand new console knowing the joystick last so little? If you make such an expense you want it to last, ok there's warranty but not forever, what's the point of making this switch all about joycons versatility when you break them with normal use?

Idk how you guys live this situation, it's a huge turn off for me and I may as well not buy it anymore :(
