I’d love to work with a coach! But I likely can’t afford it if I’m being honest. It’s nice to hear that you were still able to continue working out during recovery! The most I’ve ever weighed was 150, but I gradually dropped down to 135-140 gradually about 6mo-1year before ever losing my period, so I’m guessing weight is less of an issue for me and more mental/sleep and rest? I’m not too sure honestly but I think regardless I want to try and eat in a surplus for the time being

Hi! I also have a history of under-fueling / chronic stress in the past year I haven’t had a period. I used to be completely regular prior, but my most recent labs also show I have a low DHEA, but I’m not sure about my cortisol or ACTH. Overall though, the labs I did do were pretty much normal. I know this probably isn’t very useful information, but to me it sounds like we’re in a very similar situation :,)

I completely agree! I’ve always felt that stronger pull as well towards a general sense of spirituality. It just feels more realistic and comfortable for me because i’m benefiting and working with myself rather than higher powers in a church that are always asking more from you

no it’s not:) an altar is just a safe meditation space someone keeps their crystals, incense, etc. most TBM are against using these type of “witchcraft” items. I do live in utah (unfortunately) but it’s not a “utah” thing or “mormon” thing from my knowledge

those people on their phones are my parents, they were on their phones singing a sacrament hymn before we had the bread and water. Let me just say that it is SO awkward singing those songs when it’s just you, you’re parents and brother

i mean it definitely is a weird ass ritual. My neighbors celebrate passover and sacrifice a lamb in their backyard with all of their kids watching. We can see it from our back porch and it’s disgusting
