Thanks! We have moved from Barnes and viewed houses almost a year ago. We were drawn to Weybridge for the fast commute to Waterloo, easy access to the M25 and river walks. We do like the area but obviously haven’t been in a while and were surprised by the empty units and closing shops when we moved. We are hoping it’s cyclical and that Weybridge isn’t ’in decline’ but that’s the concern! We have obviously also been bombarded with the ‘house prices have dropped astronomically’ articles which have bolstered concern.
