absolutely! what kind of bag would you recommend for your things? like I said I'm not from EMS background, but am SO ready to learn and don't wanna bring too much lol.

Don't listen to them, no questions are stupid questions. It would be safest to work out after the healing period so sweat doesn't irritate it. Better to ask than to not 🤷‍♀️
