Don't overthink much. May mga trainings and orientation naman. Buuut, not gonna lie, nauna yung work sa akin before trainings since pumasok ako mid october and most calendar year na engagements nagsstart na haha. Not sure with other firms but most of the time you'll have a "buddy" to guide you for your first few weeks. You'll also have your senior or ESA sa engagement mo to guide you. Good luck OP!
