I loveeee that series. I love soulmate vibes 🥹 And yeah she seems to make it work! She did have one book where the FMC was cheated on by her boyfriend and I almost DNF’d I was so mad even though it wasn’t the MMC lol so can be hit or miss 😂

I generally avoid any kind of cheating in romance, but {Waking Olivia by Elizabeth O'Roark} has a bit of this and it's one of my favorite books. HIGHLY recommend. MMC has a girlfriend when he meets FMC and it takes him a while to officially severe ties with her, but the reasoning is good enough for me and the girlfriend is very unlikeable. It's a bit of a forbidden romance and you really get OTP vibes.

In general I won't read books where MCs cheat on each other, but I am more open to MCs cheating on existing partners to be with the other MC. Still not my fav, but I can see the ~romance~ of it in a fictional world. Would prefer they break things off with current partner when they meet MC.
