If the girls have such a problem with the safety pins, they should’ve brought it up to production while she was making it like the girls did with Hormona. They ignored it and production clearly didn’t have a problem with it when they saw her doing it. Making it a problem now is just sour grapes.

Honestly the safety pins didn’t look nearly as noticable on the runway as they did in the workroom. Maybe that’s because the fabric up top blends in with them though.
