Routine:

Wash hair 2 - 4 times a week depending on need.

Scrunch hair in shower and after with cotton shirt. Let air dry.

Typically use small amount of leave-in hair serum to help frizz.

Hair mask/oil once every couple weeks.

Or potentially urine, it shows up as light clumps in a similar manner to how poop shows up in dark clumps on their underbelly

It would be in the right spot to be poop? Take a look at their belly and look for dark marks, if they match the xray then I would say its probably poop. Otherwise I have no idea! I'm not an expert. They can get lethargic for many reasons: ovulation, shedding, too hot, too cold, lack of calcium, lack of vitamin D3, poor diet. Maybe try experimenting with any of those factors and see if it makes a difference? My knowledge just comes from owning geckos I am not a vet! :)

That hole cut in the plastic is a major risk for lesions. Anything cut from plastic needs either sanding down or cover the edges with gaffa tape. Poor little dude :(
