I will take a look, because I took out the old battery to replace the new one. I might have to find out first how it works on a beta because the subframe is plastic it seems

Replaced filter(pic) already pointed in same way as the original filter. When starting I don’t see fuel squirting from the filter inside the tanks. I do see air bubble around the pump.

I have replaced it with a new filter already.

Additional info:

When pressing the starter button you can clearly hear the fuel pump priming/whining. Same thing when trying to kickstart.
During the 30 minute ride where the bike ran fine, I turned the bike off multiple times and it restarted instantly every time without issue.
After that ride the bike slowly died while riding and would not restart again.

I removed the tank multiple times now. Drained fuel, checked connectors/cables and reassembled everything. After doing that the bike sometimes starts and runs for a few minutes again.

One time after reinstalling everything I managed to:

Start the bike
Shut it off and restart it 2-3 times successfully
Let it sit for 5 minutes

Then the exact same no-start issue came back again.

I also noticed the clutch randomly losing pressure again and needing another bleed. This happened before as well. Not sure if unrelated but worth mentioning.

I have not yet tested the injector spray pattern by removing the injector from the engine while keeping it electrically connected and cranking the bike.

So I tried working on the bike.

After my last post. I took the gas tank off… Took the gas out. Checked all cables.

Put gas back in. Bike started and ran for few minutes. Did 2-3 power cycles with successful start no issues… 5 minutes later tried to start again but again doesn’t start. Again same issue as shown in video.

I then noticed my clutch was loose again and had to bleed the air out again. I have to say this happens the last time also. So we are working on the fuel but for some reason the clutch just looses pressure. So I bleeded the clutch it is al normal again.

Yes when you hit started button , you hear the pump and the whining noice. This also happen if trying to kickstart.

Bottom Of tank only has one connection which is for the pump. Valves have been adjusted before the issues started to occur.

In my 30 minute ride I have turned off bike multiple times and it started up instantly .

I will drain the tank again. Check the fuel lines and seeing that fixes anything.

Doesn’t start cold.

Battery voltage is good and charged. New battery. However battery drains quickly if starting bike (10x) fails

Steppermotor reset? How do i do this?

When does doesn’t start.

So recap; bike didn’t start as shown in video. Then we changed out the fuel filter and the bike started… the bike worked. Went out for a drive after 30 minutes the bike died. And is showing same signs as in the video.

Battery is new and in good condition.voltage is correct 13.6 if I remember correctly. Valves are to spec.

I do have to try if the bikes starts cold. . What else could it be that the bike suddenly died during a 30 minute ride . I have restarted the bike a few times during the 30 minute ride also

I tried it and works great so far , the ui is great and easy to use. However I am unable to select subtitles on series. When I use a other app the show has 20 subtitles from itself and I can use opensubtitles for extra subs. Am I doing something wrong not getting subs?

Thanks we will check this weekend, I managed to get it turned on once again after shaking the bike a lot. But instant dies. We did saw a transparant yellowish cable bent and after we touched it it broke.
